Code of Practice

  1. A clear and open budget or costing in writing before commencement of work
  2. An appropriate contract signed before commencement of work
  3. Weekly updates regarding work, and any cost variations - in writing.
  4. No casual labour used on any site
  5. Site foreman always on site, with daily visits from management
  6. Site left clean and tidy at the end of the day
  7. Builders insurance in place
  8. Backup from fully equipped office / phone / fax / email / scan / print etc
